This Isn't Crossfire: A Fantastic Debate on Affirmative Action

Every so often, I reiterate my belief that the conversations Glenn Loury of Brown University and John McWhorter of Columbia University have at are a national treasure. I just can't get enough of them. In their last two dialogues, below, they discussed affirmative action, a topic on which they've both reflected at length for many years. They have very interesting disagreements. The nature of these conversations is that they take a while to get going, but the ones between these two are particularly worth the investment.
